Hi, I'm Jack
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a BSBA in Accounting, earning a 4.0 GPA across all accounting coursework. During my time at Ohio State, I served as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Financial and Managerial Accounting, spending over 700 hours helping students succeed in these notoriously challenging classes.
Today, I work with students from universities across the country, supporting everything from introductory accounting courses to advanced undergraduate coursework and CPA exam preparation. My approach focuses on helping students understand the journal entries behind every transaction, how each account is affected, and how those effects flow through the financial statements. By emphasizing how everything ties together, students build a deeper, more intuitive understanding of accounting rather than relying on memorization of formulas and processes.
Whether you’re struggling with foundational concepts, tackling advanced material, or preparing for the CPA exam, I tailor each session to your specific needs to ensure your time is well spent. My goal is not just to help you pass, but to build confidence and develop skills you can carry into your academic and professional career. Let’s work together to make accounting clear, manageable, and even enjoyable.
