Exam Tutoring

I offer targeted tutoring for all CPA exam sections. Sessions are designed to supplement your review course by focusing on your specific problem areas, helping you understand why answers are correct or incorrect, and developing strategies to work efficiently under time pressure.

The CPA exam is divided into mandatory core sections and discipline sections:

Mandatory Core Sections: Every candidate must pass these three exams:

FAR (Financial Accounting & Reporting): Financial reporting, revenue recognition, leases, pensions, governmental & not-for-profit accounting.
AUD (Auditing & Attestation): Audit procedures, internal controls, risk assessment, and professional standards.
REG (Regulation): Individual & business taxation, business law, ethics.

Discipline Sections: Candidates select one of the following exams to take based on their career focus or preference:

BAR (Business Analysis & Reporting): Advanced reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, data interpretation.
ISC (Information Systems & Controls): IT governance, system controls, cybersecurity, and technology in accounting.
TCP (Tax Compliance & Planning): Tax planning, compliance, and applying tax rules strategically.

Tutoring sessions focus on building confidence, reducing errors, and helping you apply knowledge consistently so you can maximize points on exam day.

CPA Process & Career Coaching

In addition to exam content, I provide guidance on the broader CPA journey. This includes:

Timing your exam sections strategically
Understanding eligibility and obtaining education requirements
