Booking, Refund, and Return Policy

What You Are Purchasing?

- Tutoring sessions are sold as prepaid session credits.

- One session equals one (1) hour of online 1-on-1 tutoring.

- Purchasing sessions grants the right to schedule that number of sessions, subject to availability and this booking policy.

- Purchasing sessions does not guarantee specific dates or times.

Refund Policy

- Purchases are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase.

- After 24 hours, purchases are non-refundable.

- Unused sessions may be refunded at 75% of the purchase price.

- If we are no longer available to provide tutoring services, any unused sessions will be refunded to the customer in full.

Scheduling

- Sessions must be scheduled after purchase through a mutual agreement with the customer and the company/designated tutor.

- Customers who purchase multiple sessions have unlimited access to unused sessions, and sessions do not expire.

- Scheduling is based on mutual availability, and we strive to be flexible in finding times that work for both parties.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Sessions may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

- Sessions may be rescheduled up to 2 hours in advance without penalty.

- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after these timeframes may result in the session being forfeited.

No-Show Policy

- If a customer does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, the session is considered a no-show and is forfeited.

- No-show sessions are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Late Start Policy

- If either party is more than 15 minutes late, the session will proceed only if both parties are able to complete the full one-hour session at a mutually agreed time on the same day.

- If a full session cannot be completed, the session will be forfeited.
